So... I went to graduation and haven't exercise until today, but on the plus side we did walk several times around campus... not quite exercise but not totally a couch potato! At my friend's house I did about 20 pushups one of the days and some toning on the other day.
Today I did:
Melt it Off! with Mitch Gaylord. I did te 10 minute working out and my arms almost fell off
Then I did:
Richard Simmons' Sweatin' to the Oldies 3!!!!
