Biceps curls: 30
Triceps curls: 25
Forward arm raise: 30
Lateral raise: 20
Bench press: 30
Fly: 30
Walking lunges: 20
Crunchs: 30
Reverse curls: 30
Rear leg lifts: 30
Triceps dips: 20
Low Bridge with leg raise: 10
and stretching.
