I was sick on Friday and Saturday. I hate being sick.
Anyways, I returned to exercising today, and it was hard! I am still a little weak, but it got easier towards the end.
I did:
Richard Simmons' Sweatin' to the Oldies 1
Crunches: 33
Desk pushups: 13
Leg stretches
