OMG... Had a hard time motivating today... decided to work on my muscles. I didn't get out of work early enough to dance with Richard, which would have been the best. Anyways, once I started I enjoyed it :o)

Walking lunges: 25

Reverse curls: 30
Rear leg lifts: 35

Low Bridge with leg raise: 12
Regular pushups: 5
and stretching.
