Happy birthday to Saba!!!
Okay, I got home late today and even though it was a bit late decided to do the new DVD... I took my shoes off and tried not to make too much noise for my neighbors (I think it worked).
I didn't get too sweaty, mainly because I was learning the movements :o) I can't wait till I know this DVD as well as the first one!
So, today I did:
Richard Simmons' Sweatin' to the Oldies 2!!!!
No crunches and stretches, as all that was in the workout already.
Desk pushups: 13
