Ugggg!! Today was hard!!! (I still enjoyed it)
I think Sweatin' 1 is a bit more aerobic than sweatin' 2. I did Sweatin' to the Oldies 1 today and had a hard time (plus also, I didn't work out as often as I normally do this week). Anyways, I think I need to do a combination of 1 and 2.
So today:
-Sweatin' to the Oldies 1
-Crunches 35!!!
-Desk pushups 15!!!
-legs stretches.
